Tucked away on a quiet street, the hotel was very close to the tourist centre - it’s perfectly located. The staff service and cleanliness were excellent. Would highly recommend a stay!

Our stay at Hotel Botticelli is always nice. Ana and Reb who help with breakfast is amazing!! Simone, Frederico and Vania at the front desk are so helpful. It's always a pleasure to see Angela in housekeeping. Monica, the manager is always welcoming. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and tea.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities that we expected. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. And the breakfast was very good too, offering the full range of foods from eggs, proteins, and fruit. And coffee and cappuccino!

A very good hotel close to the historic centre and multiple restaurants and shops. It’s an old building with a lot of character and very comfortable with helpful staff. The rooms are relatively small although well designed to enable sufficient storage/ wardrobe space for a few day’s visit. We would certainly consider staying there again.
