"We loved the location of this hotel and the staff were very friendly. We were able to drop off our bags in the morning before checking in and take the train to Florence for the day. Everything was ready when we returned and we felt welcomed . The breakfast was good, also."

"It is a very long walk from the airport, through a long covered walkway (connector bridge) that also goes to parking garages. Hotel was nice, room was nice and the restaurant served delicious meals. Our bed was not that comfortable and the pillows smush flat, but it was not the worst we have ever experienced. We would stay here again if our travel plans required a hotel in the area."

"I've never been to a Hilton Garden in that had full service for dinner. My family was exhausted from traveling, and we were thrilled that we didn't have to travel anywhere to get dinner. What a treat!"

"In an industrial air park area. Great access to the airport,, but not a greatview. Which was not a problem for me. Shuttle to the airport was good, but reserve as soon as you can since certain timeslotscan fill up."

Great pool, restaurant and room. Would return for a stop over to rest and relax. Shuttle to airport is great, book when you check in! "
