He absolutely made our stay memorable and would be the reason we came back to your establishment as he made us feel like we were home. "Once I understood the airport transfer all was good, but the reservations said to contact hotel 72 hours before arrival for shuttle.. It should say got to arrivals and out side but A8 and shuttle will pick up every 15 minutes "
