"The owner was absolutely awesome to work with, a true gentleman. So happy we chose this place. Should we be back here again, definitely going to stay with them again. "
"This is a great place to stay if you need to be close to FCO airport. It is also very close to the beach with a lot of restaurants. Our host was very nice and recommended a great restaurant for us."
"Our host was kind & outgoing. We missed supper and he found a snack for us. We would stay there again except for one thing: there were 3 large photos (poster-sized) each objectifying a woman’s body which I REALLY didn’t like. That altered my first impression. We slept well. The room was nice & quiet. The bed & temperature were nice. It was modern and there were no physical downsides."

"It’s a safe place, comfortable bed, and own bathroom with bede, the host (owner) a legend, he took me around to buy food everyday, without charging me nothing. He took me to the airport for lousy €20. He even helped me to put on my veins socks with a smile, I can’t praise him and his wife enough. I recommend this B&B to everyone wants to go to Fumichino. :)"
"Beautiful relaxing small resort right on the river. We loved having access to the spa and had a wonderful dinner on a terrace with a fantastic sunset. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. Quick shuttle ride to the airport was very convenient."
"Days before I asked for a fan, as my husband likes to sleep with one (we learned even the converters don't work with fans). They had 2 ready and waiting for us! So thankful, as the a/c has yet to be connected. This place is beautiful! They even had a twin bed for our son, so he wouldn't have to sleep on the fold out couch. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, clothing stores, seafood, etc. The check-in took a little longer as I didn't have a good enough signal. But they showed up withing 5 minutes and showed us what to do. The door knob is just for looks, the knob with the combo is what you turn to open (but I think the video we couldn't open showed that). The room is the first one when you enter the building. The Wi-Fi is good, all 5 of us could use it. Surprisingly the street noise is minimal at night. The power did turn off a few times in the neighborhood but came on within a minute. Shower has hot water, the last place we stayed I only took cool/cold showers. There's a tiny park for little kids around the corner with a water fountain (for drinking). Rome has running water fountains everywhere and it is good water! This is a great place to stay! The hosts were very helpful, informative, and patient with the language barrier. Enjoy your stay!!"
