"The hotel had an excellent shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, to the cruise port and even to a nice restaurant for dinner The amenities were non existent no klenex no water no soap in the shower and such a small shampoo it was not enough to wash my hair. The wifi was terrible it was difficult to get any service even when we went to the lobby. This was very frustrating since we were trying to get important information about our cruise the next day.
