When we checked in the first room allocated smelt and clearly needed some plumbing work… the staff immediately moved us to a larger room which was kind. "This is such a great place to stay!! Yes it seems old but well taken care of. We had a canal view room with a balcony, it was a winner!! The room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful with the luggage. Breakfast wasnt too bad either, could be a bit better but still great. Had good variety but quality was a bit low. AC in the room could use a repair, at some points it wasnt cold. Wifi was great. Location was very convienent, right next to the train station which meant we didnt carry any luggage upany stairs. We walked everywhere from that location, lots to see."
