"I booked this hotel to be near the airport the night before my flight. When i arrived i was a little concerned due to some negative reviews. However ,Steven on reception, couldn't have been more helpful. He booked my shuttle for the next morning immediately. The next morning the duty receptionist was very courteous too. I had more help with my luggage here than at any of my previous 3 hotels on this trip. The room was clean and contained everything required for a comfortable stay."
