"Hotel is nice, but there was clear water damage in the room we stayed in. The elevators here are absolutely terrible. They take so long, especially when the hotel is packed. The staff seems over it, and there are some random fees that weren't totally expected."

"I’ve had read tons of bad reviews (works on progress, hours waiting for an elevator, rude staff, dirty rooms, terrible breakfast…). This is not the Ritz Carlton! But for a short NY stay it was worth every $ spent. The breakfast was ok, some bread, bananas and oranges and a selection of sugared cereals. I always went early to the restaurant so I didn’t experience any trouble with it being crowded; I also never had any problem with the elevators. And as for the staff being rude, not at all!! All the contrary, from Ms. Christina (I hope I remember well her name) at the reception at 6am to the Dominican young man at the luggage store place to the cleaning lady, everyone was kind and very helpful "

"Clean and super inviting friendly staff. The $20 daily credit at the pop up coffee shop was appreciated. The rooftop bar was fun, complimentary drink. Location, location, location!! Felt safe as a solo traveler! Food and entertainment options just steps away. Perfect central location and convenient location to Penn Station. Will be my go to hotel on my next NYC visit."

"Best location near Lincoln Center with easy access to Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center subways. The rooftop bar had great views. Rooms were small but that's normal for New York. The front desk staff were very helpful. The only thing to note is the pool is very small and you need to have a parent for anyone under 18 so keep that in mind. Otherwise, great spot."
