"The good: the king suite was spacious enough to accommodate one of my twin teens on the pull out couch and the other one on a twin air mattress in the "dining" area with no issues. There are a lot of dining options within walking distance of the property. On site restaurant had happy hour menu selections and a great variety of wines. The bad: Very thinly insulated walls and people are LOUD. Definitely bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Parking is pretty tight. Hard to get out of the garage into the alleyway"

"Street noise is unreal. The place was as expected and very conveniently located. Would be 5-star for sure except the noise on Granville is over-the-top until 4 am. Really starts going well after midnight with people partying, cars blasting music, and the cars rev'ing their engines like it is a racetrack. Bring earplugs."

"Was actually pleasantly surprised with shared washrooms, single occupancy at a time and showers were clean and maintained. Pretty small rooms, nothing crazy. I booked during a time when there was some sort of night rave/party happening every night outside and there is active nightlife in general around the area so if you like a room that’s quiet at night keep that in mind."
