"The overall condition of the hotel is great, however the rooms need upkeeping. There were very noticeable marks on the walls, furniture and flooring as well as chipping of the shower floor, that need to be repaired, in order to keep with the Marriott standard. Also I noticed what appeared to be mildew stains on the walls and ceiling of the shower, along with rusting of the sprinkler head in the bathroom. I would have asked for a new room but the hotel was full. Other than the room condition, the property is a great place to stay. "

"I had an amazing stay at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Casino in Puerto Rico! The amenities were excellent, the room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond with their hospitality—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I give it a well-deserved 5 stars and will definitely be returning!"

"It’s too bad people give 3 stars this hotel is 4.5 easily service was perfect, restaurant was a 5.0 we had tuna tartar, Martini cordials happy hour and a great night sleep. Definitely our place to stay moving forward. "
