"When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network. I shared my concerns, the grounds keeper responded immediately to address the concern. By then I addressed...
"The property has a lot of potential its small but comfortable and very well located. My main problem with it was the two AC units were damage. One of them had a horrible noise which render one of room useless and the other keep turning on/off every 15-20min. One of the couple who were supposed to stay had to leave. It was not a great stay, but if they decided to invest in new equipment the apartment will be a great option. "
"Apartamento 207 estaba ocupado, así que nos ubicaron en 206. Falta de limpieza urgente. Baño en pésimas condiciones. Calentador de ducha nunca calentó. Area de sala comedor imposible por el calor, no cuenta con ningun tipo de ventilación o abanicos. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo."
"Las escaleras del lugar están deterioradas e inseguras. El servicio de internet no estaba funcionando y nunca funcionó. El beeper de entrar al estacionamiento no funcionó, tuvo que ser reemplazado. El estacionamiento muy pequeño. Venetian blinds para privacidad en la sala estaban inservibles (rotas). Nevera tenía un problema de salida de agua por la parte de abajo. Abandoné el lugar un día antes por todo esto."

The Town is beautiful with many historical buildings restored. There are some homeless people on the streets & urine smell in the four square town. The town overall is nice.
