Amazing spot. Process was great no front desk to deal with. Was a great place to do what you have to do in Puerto Rico to come back to a peaceful place right at the sea. The common areas are a great selling point. Parking and private access was a plus. They have everything around you when you want to take a break from Puerto Rican food. I will book again.

We only booked 1 night but once we got there and saw how great it was, we booked a 2nd night. We had to switch rooms and both rooms were wonderful. We enjoyed how close we were to the Sea, the hammocks and the large patio area. It was nice being in a gated area. In the 2 apartment units we had, only the bedroom was airconditioned. That was okay for us as we didn't spend much time in the kitchen and living areas. The owner was on site and gave us restaurant recommendations.

The staff is very helpful and polite, the place is super nice and well decorated, the cabin was 20/10, its perfect for a couple. The place was so quiet at night that you could hear the ocean. I have already recommended this place to so many people and its been 2 hours and some mins that I checked out. Already did future reservertions, thanks alot to the owner/staff for this awesome experience!

The pictures do not describe the initial feeling when you get to the property. While it might be Waterfront, it seems to be an industrial neighborhood. The place was really clean. But the pictures do not accurately display an area that it's in

Excellent location! The property is right on the beach, very quiet, and the room was super comfortable. It had a kitchen, refrigerator, and other amenities, which we didn't use. There was a small living room with a TV, a breakfast table, and a great patio for relaxing and using your computer while listening to the waves. I would definitely return to this place. 100% recommended.

I love the fact that it was very peaceful and comforting. All of the staff members were very welcoming and nice. I tried multiple different room types and love them all. I also enjoyed being in the hammock next to the water.

We needed a place for 2 weeks while we were trying to handle a family emergency that was very stressful. To retreat back to our little place by the sea each night was perfect! Yes, we were in a trailer, so I certainly wouldn’t call our accommodations fancy, but it had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive to our every need!!
