"Excellent experience "

"Our group of 5 very much enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The beach was just a few steps from the unit and was very private - not many people other than us each time we went. This beach was taking on quite a bit of seaweed during our time in PR, so we drove to El Cocal beach nearby (upon the owner's recommendation), which had no seaweed and was beautiful (and no crowds!). The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen/living areas in this unit were exactly as pictured in the app. It took us a few tries to get the hang of the best way to use the AC units in each of the rooms, but only because we are used to central A/C - once we got the hang of it, we were able to keep all the rooms very cool and comfortable :). We did have issues with the terrace door not securing properly, so we didn't really utilize the terrace during our stay. The host (Jay), was very responsive to us notifying him of the terrace door latch issue. Jay also provided us with an itinerary for a wonderful afternoon of exploring a few spots along our side of the island (starting with El Cocal beach). His itinerary included links to use in navigation apps, so it was very easy to get around. The check in instructions were also very helpful. Overall, I would recommend this rental, as the complex and surrounding Palmas del Mar resort area is beautiful, safe, and well-maintained."

"My teenagers enjoyed the pool and the golf cart rental. I enjoyed the sunrises over the ocean and being close enough to listen to the waves. The amenities were great and the host was very responsive. The villa is in a beautiful gated community with a golf course on site. To quote the teenagers, they said the villa was "sick.""

"The property is in an excellent location. I had a very comfortable stay. In the evenings, I could sit outside and listen to the ocean. It was very relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Having the washer and dryer was also a big help. Everything was as advertised."

"Palmas Del Mar was a great location because we wanted a less populated area. There were several restaurants close by which were all very good (Palmanova Plaza). Erika was very responsive when I had questions and the accommodations were perfect for us. Driving in Puerto Rico was a bit scary as were some of the roads. If we ever visited again, I would stay here and would highly recommend this host! "

"2nd story unit. At the bottom of the stairs, there is an outdoor shower head and the beach entrance. 10/10! The unit had children’s plates and cups, and the pack n play provided was also given brand new bedding. All of the neighbors were so kind, security and condo staff on the grounds were great. This location is also perfect for a short walk to the hotel for a tasty meal, and all of the walking pathways. The view was spectacular, and the unit was easy to child-proof for my busy 20 month old. The generator was GREAT! The few times we lost power, you barely had a moment to notice when it was out. The ceiling fans were awesome and the AC was great and efficient. The property management group is 10/10. Whenever I had a question, I quickly received a reply and when my 6 year old accidentally locked us out, they sent someone over within 5 minutes to assist. A note (absolutely not a complaint) for families traveling with young kids- the floors are all tile like most condos in Palmas. The stairs are also steep- so you may want to get child gates at Walmart (outside of Palmas.) We definitely recommend this listing after staying for 3 weeks. Enjoy! "
