"I would say this feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The best part is its central location in Old San Juan. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and parking lots. The complimentary drinks at the bar and rooftop are nice perks. The lobby is nice. However, our room was disappointing and left much to be desired. It was interior (standard) room so it’s only windows opened into the hallway. The room was dark with yellow, flickering...

"Couple of issues: 1. Arrived at noon - checkin was 4pm…repeatedly told working on our room …checked in at 330 finally…. Not the best first impression - maybe HSK works on island time. 2. 1115 on Monday - Hsk staff(male) entered room to replenish shower soap - DIDNT knock and wooden sign was showing do not enter equivalent. This is unsafe…Pool small but comfortable - great view…on site restaurants ok …"

"Just meh. There were way more things wrong than right with this hotel. Almost all the staff were rude with customer service absolutely not a priority, inuding the male server at breakfast who was visibly angry because people arrived. I saw several people give up and leave rather than continue to wait for an hour for food or attention from waitstaff. I specifically asked if there were any umbrellas for the pool area because there was only 1 being used by someone else. Although I was promised by 2...

"The resort was in the perfect location for us. The rooms were clean always stocked with fresh towels the staff was very accommodating and the pool area was plush. The food in the cafe and sushi was amazing and the casino is a nice size. The Sheraton contributed to a fabulous birthday celebration in Puerto Rico. To mention the TMobile complex is across the street."
