"Just a very friendly atmosphere "

"The house is amazing! I don't think the pictures do it justice. It looked very clean upon my arrival. The price is an affordable option to resorts in San Juan. The relatively early check in time was perfect and the host let me stay much later than the scheduled checkout time to accommodate my late flight. There are lots of things available in the house to make your stay pleasant in the house and at the beach. The hosts are a proactive husband and wife team. There were many power outages during my two weeks stay, but they usually didn't last long. One time, however, the power was out longer than usual. Before I contacted the host, she messaged me and let me know there was an unscheduled power outage that would last for several more hours. She said her husband can bring over a generator to power some appliances so we could have breakfast. I really appreciated Brenda reaching out and offering some help during that time. This house is in a residential neighborhood. There are chicken and dogs that make noises throughout the day and night - not constantly though. I don't think they necessarily woke me up, but if I woke up at 3 or 4am I couldn't get back to sleep with their barking. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs to help you sleep better. The location makes getting around the island doable. You can get practically anywhere on the island in about 3 hrs or less. We need numerous day trips to the far corners of the island."

"This property was perfect for our family vacation. The property is in a great location, only minutes away from Beaches, restaurants, supermarket, casino. Only 30 mins away from San Juan. Maria is a great host, very responsive and has great information about the local area. I would recommend the beach right outside the development, it has restaurant/bars on the beach. The house is a lot bigger than it shows in the pictures. We used the pool everyday, nice big patio with plenty of chairs. I would not hesitate booking this home again. Muchas gracias Maria"

"This home was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. It was close to restaurants, the beach, grocery and other stores yet it was in it's own private community. Safe and quiet. A 5-minute walk from the beach. The owner's responsiveness to a loose shower head was immediate. Such a great find!!! My only regret is having so many activities away from the house that we weren't able to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the home more! Definitely highly recommend this home to any family or couple gathering!!!"
