"Room was clean and easy to access. We were there only one night so we didn’t use all the unit had for the guests. The street noise is very noticeable so if you like a quiet nights sleep, this is not the place. There is also no elevator so taking suitcases up the stairs was difficult. Bedroom was cool but living space was warm and ceiling fan did not work. It is located in the heart of d San Juan which was great. "

"This hotel is either absolutely fantastic or absolutely horrible. It just depends on your type of visit to San Juan. If you are looking for a place in the center of the action... Look no further. Great location within walking distance of everything in Old Town. With a rooftop bar. If you are looking for a quiet spot to sleep... KEEP LOOKING! This ain't it. Right in the center of the action with no sound barrier between the bed and the busy road below or the hoppin' roof top bar above. Room was very comfortable and the staff was great though."

"Villa Herencia is a charming and unique boutique hotel- in a perfect location for exploring Old San Juan- quiet location but easily accessible to all the restaurants, museums, historic sites in Okd San Juan. The hotel has a nice courtyard and fantastic rooftop open air lounge with comfortable seating and cool old fashioned soaking tubs for cooling off, and a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The rooms are charming with beautiful tiles and bathrooms. Simply sublime- would definitely stay here again!!"

"Really enjoyed our stay at The Armas, fantastic location in Old San Juan. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shopkeeper Mason was super helpful, even provided us all kinds of ideas and locations to visit during our stay!! If your near the hotel stop by his shop, you won't be disappointed!!"

"Such a cute and very private hotel right in the heart of San Juan. Very quiet considering the location which I loved and was very clean. it was walking distance from everything literally everything the only uber we paid or was to the airport. it was such a cute place for photo ops as well. The staff were very responsive. There’s also luggage holding area which was very trust worthy in case you arrive earlier than check in "

"This is hotel is super clean and in an excellent location! The room was spacious, great decor, and very, very clean. The only drawback is that it is full of elegant tile. While very pretty sound carries into the rooms. Also, if you want natural sunlight, you need to book a city view room. Warm water only in shower. I would definitely stay here again. "
