"The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our first night in PR. Angel at the front desk was a literal angel and took great care of us. Would stay again! "

"I have stayed at their sister hotel twice before coming and staying at this location for the first time. And I only had good experience before this stay. Our toilet kept leaking to the point that the smell of urine was lingering in the room. On the third day maintenance finally came to the room and even then the toilet was still leaking afterwards. We ourselves had to clean up the urine that had emptied into the floor from the toilet. We spoke to the front desk and they offered to put us in a smaller room with a smaller bed but it just wasn’t worth switching over and it’s not what we paid for. For about half our stay we did not have a working toilet, and all we got were apologizes but no immediate action or reconciliation was done for the fact we were cleaning pee off the floor lol. But overall love PR and the staff just had a little hiccup that’s all "

"The property was fairly clean. I had the Junior Suite. There were a few stray hairs on the pull out couch, but otherwise everything else was perfect. The balcony was nice. The rooftop was very enjoyable and relaxing. "

"Room was tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Not even space to open our suitcase. There was also something weird about check-in. They reached out to us twice asking what time we would arrive. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered a map of the area or something. "
