"I had a great experience at La Mona Loiza Apartments Complex! From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly responsive. I had a small issue with the lockbox when I first got there, and someone was available immediately to assist me—such a relief after a long day of travel.
The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location with everything within walking distance. The detailed messages before and during my stay made check-in smooth, and I appreciated the restaurant recommendations and tips for navigating the neighborhood.
One of the highlights of the service was when I requested additional towels—they brought them promptly, even on a different day. That kind of attention to guest comfort really stood out.
The team checked in before, during, and after my stay to ensure everything was going well. They made it easy to relax and enjoy my time in San Juan.

"We had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, and the staff truly stood out- friendly, helpful, and consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was clean, well-maintained and pleasant. There were a couple minor disappointments. Upon arrival we were informed the gym was out of service, which was unfortunate since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others in the same area. Additionally, we were hoping for a bit of music in the pool area to enhance the atmosphere. We later found out a DJ is scheduled on weekends, but only for a short two-hour window, which we missed. Despite these hiccups, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. "
