I love the quaint tropical vibe of the hotel. Not your typical boring hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a large comfortable suite in the back area that was private and spacious. We will stay there again when we go back to Puerto Rico.

The property is was good but the room smells humidity was not pleasant to sleep with that smell unfortunately I had to stay their was late and I was tired I let the staff know about that they had a humidifier in the room

Excellent location, staff really friendly, rooms are beautiful as well as the pool area. The only thing negative that I can think off is that if you have a car there’s no parking, but you can always find some around. Other than that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Dirty, staff did don’t clean throughly. We had to ask for toilet paper staff didn’t remove trash and told you not to flush. Walls are super thin you could hear everyone around you. I asked for a blow dryer and steamer and received none. I would not recommend this place unless you want to take care of yourself.
