"Súper bien"

"La atencion de los jóvenes que trabajan en el hotel es excelente, esta es nuestra segunda estadia en menos de 3 meses y volvemos pronto. Muy recomendado"

"I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

"The room when we walked in smelled like old mildew. We notified the front desk when we checked out and the housekeeper was extremely rude to myself and wife when we had asked for a few towels considering we did not want our room cleaned during our day of two days, she rolled her eyes and said things in Spanish that was very rude not realizing that I speak Spanish fluently and I don’t believe she realize that. That was completely uncalled for."

"Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I don't think the outside balcony was cleaned though-out our stay. It kept us from enjoying it - and although its ocean view you face the street and hear the cars at night along with the waves of the beach, past the street view. I think it was an extra expense of money that i could have saved."

"We stayed 3nights and not even once did anyone came and asked if we needed water , beside the 2 (6ounce) bottle water we found in the room when we first arrived. Mind you it’s was me my husband and 3 kids. Also not even once did staff asked us if guidance from anything, like unless you go to them none of them will approach you. The front desk lady ( the one with the curly hair) she will not even look at you when talking to you. The bathroom was in bad condition like the old wall that need...

"Hotel pequeño pero tiene happy hour 5-7 limpio y personal Amable"

"Room was clean, I would it like to have a microwave in the room"

"That staff is amazing, very friendly and very attentive. I would definitely be booking with them again next time I'm the area."

"Everything was great! The restaurant in the hotel was amazing and the rooms was really nice. Great location"

"The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and very professional. The breakfast was fresh, well-cooked, and everything was fresh. The only problem was the side area of he hotel because the water from Laguna was overflowing the street. The valet parking employees were very professional and helpful."

"Newly remodeled, very clean and modern."
