"Highly recommend booking this place. Stayed as a family of 4 and Julia and Iain really had thought of everything. We arrived via train and so didn’t pack a lot. They had beach mats, wind breakers etc Also had a bed guard for our little one so she didn’t roll out of bed. Even the bathroom had a hair towel! "A lovely welcome and beautiful room and spotlessly clean en-suite. Very spacious and light. The hosts were exceptional and had everything in place for a truly wonderful experience. The breakfast choices were excellent and cooked to perfection. The hotel is situated 10 mins from the beach, harbour, bus station, railway station (steam engines too) very convenient. We managed to visit Brixham and Torquay on the ‘every 10 min’ bus service. "

"I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. The room was clean and comfortable with sufficient tea and coffee everything I needed after such a long day. Thanks so much ☺️"

The room was clean and comfortable, appreciated all the tea and coffee and I’m a bit of an addict but never ran out! B&B is in a convenient location, walkable and ideal bass for going further out of Paignton. We’ll be back! "
