"We had a wonderful time in Hanoi and our stay at the Champton was great! Perfect location with easy walking to everything. The breakfast buffet was different every day and delicious. The staff was excellent. Also the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay again and would recommend friends to stay. The rooftop pool was a bonus! "

"This place was the perfect location in "Old Town" Hanoi for us. You step right out into the heart of everything. We arrived by hotel transport from airport to accommodation. Everything ran smoothly from airport. Friendly, accommodating staff on arrival to hotel. We were given an upgrade to one of our rooms to an 'lake view' which was nice. The room we stayed in (President room) had a balcony with views on the city side, and to our surprise a "massage chair" - Wicked!! spacious room with large bathroom. Full kitchen facilities available in this room. Very clean and tidy. We had breakfast included in our booking. Large buffet style breakfast with a wide selection of breakfast foods. Hotel staff are friendly, accommodating and would stay here again due to the service we received. Would recommend to other family and friends. Thank you for the comfortable stay!"
