"We had 3 separate stays at this hotel. Due to its great location. In the centre but down a quiet street. The staff are extremely helpful, special thank you to Anna who booked halong bay (2 days - 1 night) with excellent service and quality . She also got us a taxi for a better price than grab! Breakfast was good with an additional menu for hot food."

"This is a nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi. It is in reasonable walking distance to Train Street . There are plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance and tour buses pick up nearby. Thouroughly recommended."

"Booked this for the pool and pleasantly surprised how clean and maintained it is. Cool water to cool down on the 40 degree days! Breakfast was good, eggs made on request. Buffet food is left out uncovered so I didn’t have much of it after seeing bar flies on the fruit. No window as such in the room but loved how quiet it is with no street noise at all. Water splashes out of shower every use but water falls to drain outside so it’s not a huge deal. No early checkin here and they charge extra...
