"Awful experience at this hotel. There is extremely loud construction going on next door (to the point of the walls shaking). And this is until 1am, the manager told us after we complained late at night. The facilities are run down and honestly not worth the money. "

"Close to church and Hoan Kiem lake. Lots of food and shops around. Room was good. I don’t like the bathroom which has the toilet and shower in one. I know this is common just don’t like. I love the old quarter. Tom was very helpful and and another young pretty lady very helpful. One guy couldn’t speak English. "
