"Tony was a great host! Thought of everything in this home! We loved our stay! Loved everything from the eccentric decor, the beautiful huge tub, the complimentary wine and snacks, the music playing on the patio, and the chocolates on the pillows! This studio was definitely a pleasant surprise!"

"Everything was great…except the elevator! The evening we checked in…the elevator quit working. We were on the third floor…did not like climbing/descending three flights of stairs. Thankfully the next morning the elevator was working!! That was really the only negative thing about our stay. "

"10 out of 10 experience. would come to charleston again just to stay here. massive shout out to chauffeur Tony who is easily the best hotel chauffeur i have ever experienced. Took us anywhere we needed to go! we also had a last minute occurrence where we were booked with a different hotel and changed to here at the last second and were able to do early check in without a fee. My only grievance is my trip was so short i couldn’t spend more time here!!!"

"Our room was on the first floor next to the elevator which we heard every time it moved. Light around mirror only worked on one side. I was waiting to talk to front desk and as soon as she finished with person in front of me she put up a sign that said staff was not available and would return shortly. She said nothing, just put up sign and walked away."
