"We were in town to lay my husbands uncle to rest. Master Blacksmith Carlton Simmons, whom photos of his ironworks adorn the halls at this very hotel!!! This location was very convenient and easily accessible for us to come and go to family commitments. Cleanliness and quiet was awesome!! Always a smile and a greeting when entering the door, no matter if the person at the desk was chatting with patrons at the bar. And the breakfast bar was AWESOME!!! We have not had that variety or quality of a “breakfast included” option at a hotel in the US in quite awhile. We travel quite a bit and this was our first stay with this brand but will definitely NOT be our last! Domonique Grant was very warm and welcoming on our last morning there with such a beautiful smile! Thanks Hyatt Place on Ashley Phosphate!! "
