Find Hotel with a Concierge in North Charleston, SC

"Hotel was closed for renovations. We had no prior notification of this before we arrived to check in. Poor communication on both the hotels part and hotels.com. We had paid in advance. We lost a day of our vacation in Charelston and had to find new accommodations on our own. Very bad experience. We spoke to some at the hotel as UPS was making a delivery, just by chance, before delivery they would not answer the door.Please look in to this as we need a refund or compensation for our notes stay."

"The property is nice, clean, and conveniently located to the airport. Would caution those who have early flights, as the shuttle doesn't start until 7AM, and breakfast begins at 6:00."

"Our stay here could not have been better! The hotel is top notch, clean and well maintained. But a lot of hotels are. What makes this place stand out is the staff. From Mia checking us in, to crystal and Sheila in the M lounge, everyone was great. You never pass an employee without them greeting you. The desk staff always offering assistance if needed as you go through the lobby. Definitely recommend!!"
