"Our room was large as described, however, there was no toilet paper. They didn’t clean after the first night. Second night they didn’t leave a floor mat/towel in the bathroom. We also didn’t have soap. The shower had mildew. There were also no pillows for the pull out bed. They had a great indoor pool. The front desk staff made it very clear to not being room towels down. So we didn’t. Each day we went down there were not towels at the pool. None. I went to the front desk and they gave me 1 for 4 people and charged it to my room. This is not the proper way to handle it. The front desk staff saw many people standing in line and never bothered to look up from their computers and greet customers. They were short and rude and seem disinterested and unwelcoming. Breakfast buffet and omelet bar were OUTSTANDING. KUDOS TO THE ENTIRE KITCHEN STAFF! Very nice evening snack bar as well. Amenities were very good. Room was sub par and the front desk staff does not enjoy their job nor enjoy speaking to people. Overall a very nice venue but needs major staff and cleaning upgrades. "

"Did a google search for this property and the information showed that they allow pets. I would attach it here but it does not allow for attachments. Ended up having a no pet policy and I was out of my money for a night when I had to book something else. I ended up at the Hyatt across the way and it was nicer with really good breakfast. I would just pay the extra from the start now and just go there."

"We wish the HVAC system worked properly because it seems that it would turn off once it reached a certain set temperature leaving the room practically without fresh air coming at other times. Also, there was no staff around and it was impossible to buy any drinks at their bar after hours, we actually tried to no avail. Otherwise everything was great! "
