"This hotel is a great and affordable option compared to the hotel within Ginza. We chose it because we wanted to have dinner in Tsukiji, within walking distance from Ginza and Shimbashi. The staff was helpful, and the room was comfortable, not suitable for huge luggage, but it was not a problem for us (we traveled light). Some people might not like the surrounding area since it's next to the fish market, but it's only dark, nothing to be concerned about. "

"The hotel is comfortable and central. I have stayed here a few times and recommend the corner suite if you like a little more space. It was perfect for two people with luggage. I loved how much light came in the room. My only complaint about the hotel is there is no common space if you want to leave your room to work or take a call. The restaurant is under different management than the hotel and they are not accommodating. They do not allow you to sit in the restaurant if everyone at the table...

"Hotel was in quiet location but was close to train stations . Staff were so helpful and friendly . Good size room. "

"The only thing is that the rooms are really small. Book a months ahead as they have some bigger rooms. Room for “2 people” with only one bed are very very small. Other than that everything was very good and the front desk people and other staff speak very good English - and are very eager to help in any way requested. Transit metro and trains stations are very close and take you easy anywhere in Tokyo. Tokyo Central station is 1 stop by train (3 min) or 20 min walk"

"If you are a baseball fan, this is the place to visit! There are many places to eat and shop as well as see a game of the Yomirui Giants if you can get tickets. The staff was helpful and able to communicate in English even though I was mistaken for being Japanese. During the second night of our stay, there was a conference in session and the elevators were crowded but a staff member was present and kept folks moving in an efficient manner. Would stay here again!"

"Overall the accommodatoon was a Exceptable with exception of bedding for the first night.Staff provided mattress toppers for the second night which improve our overall sleeping conditions."

"The staff was excellent. We were greeted before even entering the building. They helped us to send our luggage forward. The room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. There are a few different stations around the hotel which makes it easy to hop on different lines. I would definitely come back and recommend this to others. "
