Amazing location in the heart of Tokyo. Right at the famous Shibuya scramble crossing. Lots of food locations and easy acesss to the subway lines and JR lines.

Staff at this hotel were so kind to us after I made an error with my booking dates. We were very impressed! Loved the hotel. Busy area bit hotel was quiet, clean, and convenient. Lots to see and eat just outside the hotel!

Very convenient location, great view of Scramble Crossing from the end of the hall, and the room had a good amount of space for a Japanese hotel. The staff actually came to find me two different times to return 500 yen they thought I lost when buying laundry detergent / splitting a bill (I'm still not sure that there was any mistake made, but they were sure to make it right!) Anyway, good stuff. I didn't love the laundry machines (price or time taken to dry things), but that might just be normal for Japanese laundry machines.

Great outside elevators. Rooms very spacious but if touched up with a bit of paint it would appear brand new. Great location with lots of reataurants easy walking distance
