"Need more washing machines and ones that don't take 2.5 hours per cycle. Staff was excellent and very helpful. It was nice to be able to store our luggage when we arrived early and needed to check out later. Room with spacious and had a great view!"

"The room was cleaned well everyday. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful and have someone on staff everyday that can help if you don't know Japanese however Google translate works great. Check in process was super fast and seamless. There are 2 train stations walking distance super close by. Right in front and back of the hotel there is starbucks, family mart, and 7/11. It's also very close to a McDonald's. The hotel has restaurants as well but did not try. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, which I hear is not common at all hotels in this area. I definitely feel that it was a great deal through expedia at the price that we got. Staff was super nice. I would definitely stay here again."
