"小さい子供〜中学生の子連れ家族５人の旅行で利用しました。 サイト上の地図の表示よりもLothian roadに近いところです。Waverley駅から行くときは、New town 側から回ると、平坦な道で楽です。(逆に、old town側から行くとアップダウンがきついです。）空港バスのバス停からもすぐでした。 建物そのものはかなり古いのでしょうが、きれいに改築されていて、寝室３つにバスが３つ、広くて快適です。一部排水溝が流れにくかったりしましたが、特に使用上困るようなことはありませんでした。 部屋から見えるエディンバラ城、特に朝焼けをバックにシルエットが見えたのが最高でした。 洗濯機があって、眺めが良くて、駅や観光スポットから遠くない、できれば雰囲気のある建物で、というアパートを探していたので、まさに望み通りでした。 チェックイン２時間前に電話連絡が必要です。（レセプションがないので、担当の人がアパートで待っていてくれます）"

"The flat was in a perfect location for us. We flew into Edinburgh and took the tram into the city centre. It stopped a 2 minute walk from the flat. We arrived earlier than the check in time but having contacted Giovanna beforehand we were able to leave our bags in the restaurant below the flat and head off for some shopping. "The unit was in a good neighborhood and felt very secure. The building was nice as were the surrounding buildings and park across the street. The only issue we had is at the owner moved the check-in time from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. after we had already made our arrival plans. He changed them approximately 4 days before our stay even though we had agreed on 2:00 p.m. at the time of booking. I did not see the message moving the check-in time until it was too late. This caused us to stand outside...
