Really enjoyed my stay at the Old Waverly Hotel. Great location on Princes Street, right next to Waverley Station and perfect for navigating between the New & Old Town areas, both of which are in easy walking distance. Clean and well equipped hotel with functional and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were lovely. The location was terrific. The room was nice enough but no a/c & no view. While there is an elevator to room floors, there are stairs to the 1st floor reception.

We chose the Old Waverly Hotel due to its proximity to the Waverly train station, and we requested a room with a Princes Street view, and we weren't disappointed - as the view was stunning. The staff was wonderful, and priortized our room upon arrival to ready it for an early check-in, and the breakfast buffet was also good with a nice variety of options. The hotel has a comfortable lounge and good restaurant, which made it easy to decide where to eat. We'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel was exactly as I hoped it would be. My room was cozy and comfortable for one person. Staff were very pleasant and always willing to help. Location of hotel is perfect, right in the middle of everything to do in Edinburgh. Breakfast was delicious, much more than I expected. I would highly recommend Old Waverly Hotel.
