Not that easy to get in. We had issues with the code and the door key broke in half!. But staff on phone were very helpful. In that area having a car is an issue Q park is close, there is no loading zone and parking attendants move you on quickly if you park in permit zones. Also note there is no elevator. It is a good location for everything , Royal Mile and castle close.

Zero service, zero staff, zero breakfast. 65 round stairs to the top floor. Closet bathroom and closet shower for all 3 rooms on the floor to share. Was clean and close to everything.

The location is great and the room was clean. I'm not sure what amenities there are; coffee and tea in the room maybe? There really is no staff. If you have a problem you can reach someone via the phone in the lobby but that only works on the time. This is a digital check in and operation.
