The Z Hotel Leicester Square

The Z Hotel Leicester Square

10/10 Excellent
"I would highly recommend staying here, I needed to add an extra day on my booking I called and spoke to Shaheen she was super helpful in how to adjust my booking online. On arriving Shaheen was working, she was so lovely and organised so I could stay in the same room for my entire stay even though I had 2 bookings. The room was perfect for solo travellers it was comfortable, tech savvy for lights and block out blinds, was also quiet to be able to sleep. All the staff were friendly Staying in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the theatre district, restaurants downstairs and walkable to so many tourist sights - the national potrait gallery, trafalgar sqaure, soho, china town, shopping will definitely stay here again."

"Stayed for 2 nights, room very modern and clean and bathroom was exceptional in terms of decor and facilities. Room was compact however no issues for only a couple of nights with a small case. Great location for exploring and accessing Tube. Nice to have a 24 hour coffee shop in reception."

Victory House Leicester Square

Victory House Leicester Square

8/10 Good
"The hotel is very well situated. Close to Leicester Square bustle but wonderfully quiet. Two more reasons I chose this property were the sizes of the rooms and the rooms having actual windows. Property, though, seems a little dated. Could use additional lighting in rooms and hallways. For 5 nights I was there, 1 elevator was non-functioning and the other was just too slow. Luckily I'm in good health and used the stairs."

10/10 Excellent
"Clean room but very small. Bed was against the wall & no exit from it if you slept on that side except crawl out to the end of the bed that had about 8" of room. And the bathroom was basically in the room except for glass divider. But it was in a good location and if you don't plan on staying too long or hanging out in the room much, it was a good deal."

"It was a great location, well kept and clean but the only downside was the system being down and the check in was not smooth and took too much time. It could have been handled differently. They seemed short staffed or unable to handle unexpected circumstances."
