"This is a clean, eclectic, Hotel that is very retro. The location is amazing and the people that work there are incredible! Would definitely stay there again."

"I cannot speak about all the rooms here, but the one we stayed in was not sanitary. Both beds had questionable large areas of brown stains on the box springs and the odor when you open the door hits you so hard. Originally it smelt like the room had been soaked in urine mixed with pinesol. We thought maybe it was a reaction to something with the cleaner, so we opened the window, turned on the fans and left for 3 hrs. When we came back the odor was still there. We complained to the front desk but the hotel was full so they could not move us rooms until the next day. The front lobby and hallway did not have this smell, just when you opened our door. We tried leaving the door open and window open with three fans running to get rid of the odor but it did not go away. I had to be up at4am the next morning for a race so we decided to just try and sleep. I was very uncomfortable here and barely sleep. After my race they said a room would be ready at 3pm for us to move but was told it "may still smell as this is an old hotel" and they could give us an air freshener. We decided to check out early and find another hotel. I choose this hotel for the location not the ratings, but we barely spent more than 7 hours in our room because of the odor and dirtiness of the room. We didnt even want to sit in the chairs in the room. The staff did try to help the best they could but I do not believe anyone should be breathing that mysterious odor in......even if its a 2 star hotel."

"The hotel's location is great. Rooms are very big. Huge flat TV, with a large number of TV Channels. The problems for us were: 2 out of 4 elevators nor working. Our bathroom keep backing up even if we didnt use it. The TV turn on when we used the HAVC control (very weird). The bedroom sheets felt like plastic. We stayed for 3 nights, so not that bad, however too many issues for one stay."

"Room was clean , comfortable but really small and even it seemed newly renovated it felt old and it was noisy from the cars on a busy street. Staff was very attentive . Restaurants are nice and food was good."

"We had a nice time , the only thing we found was that the room was outdated for the price you pay. The tv and the channels were not great. The elevators weren’t working on one of the days and we were on the fifth floor. Location is excellent "

"I was very satisfied with my stay at hotel willo. I was expect it to be more hostel vibes, but it was exceptionally clean. Great location, great staff. The shared bathrooms were very clean! Will definitely be staying here again"
