The only 2 things we disliked was how small the bathroom sink was, and how tight the parking area was. Other than that, we had a nice stay at Pinewood. "

"Reception staff were really helpful when we turned up having failed to get into the property we were booked into. We booked through Expedia while at the reception desk after they confirmed that the room (the only room available) could be changed to a twin. As there was no one else available, the reception staff went to make the change themselves. Room was clean and as described with views of lake and mountains."
