"I absolutely loved my stay at LYLO! Everything was amazing, from the atmosphere to the facilities. The place was clean, comfortable, and well organised. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and everything made my stay so enjoyable. I honestly loved everything about LYLO and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"All the lovely small touches really set the QT apart from other hotels. Very helpful and attentive staff who make sure your stay is fantastic. Great location in Queenstown too. Would highly recommend the QT as a upmarket and unique place to stay!"

"Couldn’t fault a thing about The Rees! The accomodation was fantastic as was the staff and food. The shuttle bus that takes you into the heart of Queenstown was really handy as well. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit."

"Space to walk, restaurants, gym and pool. Lovely environment"

"Club benefits were great!"

"Perfect place. Great location. Staff and bar were fantastic."

"The view was spectacular."

"Incredible stay. Amazing staff, great views and facilities. The cottage was worth every penny. Thoroughly enjoyed the daily wine and cheese board and the breakfast was a stand out. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The property is beautiful! However, if you are touring NZ during the day, you will miss using all of the amenities. The coffee store opens at 10. Breakfast is served starting at 8 am. Cheese shop and wine bar close at 6. We missed it all! This is a spa destination for New Zealanders, not a place for tourists."

"Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience. Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point."

"Beautiful, cozy hotel in town and right next to the water. Perfect location to take in the stunning scenery and explore Queenstown."

"Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. Hulbert house sets the standard, and few others deserve to be in the same category. Staff are always keen to help and would put in a lot of nice touches. Particularly love how they would put a couple bottles of water in the car as they pull the car out for you. Also the 5pm canapé/wine were nice (great sav...

"Best in town"

The breakfast was simply amazing, and the staff treated us with exceptional personal attention and genuine friendliness."

"This hotel is outstanding. I stay in top hotels around the world and this hotel is at the top. Great room, service, ambience. I highly recommend it- When I am back in Queenstown this is where I will stay. Kudos to Carolyn and the rest of the staff - made us feel so welcome. Thank you"
