"The room looked a lot different to what was advertised. It was ok but very disappointing for the money we paid."

"Had a great stay. We stayed in the superior mountain view room and it was well kept and warm, the view of the remarkables from our room was amazing. The staff was lovely. The shared kitchen and bbq area was great. Would recommend staying here"

"Staff like Clarence, Sarah, Princess, Sweet & Silvester provided an excellent food service. They are the gems of the hotel.❤️Also I like the bathroom setup, so organized. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean."

"We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was exactly what we asked for. The place itself was warm and all the amenities were provided which was helpful. We found the staff very nice and accomodating and the free shuttle to town was a nice touch. Only comment on our cabin was that one of the wall heaters in the room wasn’t working"
