However our upgraded room did not have a functional extractor fan in the bathroom which resulted in all our toiletries getting wet in the bathroom and once the bathroom door opened steamed up the whole room. Was not ideal…. Mentioned this at checkout and just got an apology but would have been nicer if the room upgrade charge of $40 was waived.

Very convenient location, especially for less-mobile family members. Hotel had everything you need and their staff were very quick to help your every requirement if you wanted to book activities. Very safe location (you can park your car outside for free between 6pm-9am and it is very safe). Great bar with lots of activity and excellent buffet for breakfast and menu for dinner. Would definitely stay again.
