The food was absolutely exceptional — each dish a celebration of flavour and artistry. Every meal felt like an experience in itself, paired beautifully with the surrounding views and gracious hospitality. Our room was nothing short of magical. Waking up to those breathtaking views was a joy each morning, and the luxurious bathroom added a touch of indulgence to every day. The bed — oh, the bed! — felt like floating on a cloud, making restful sleep effortless and dreamy. We have absolutely no complaints… except that we had to leave. "Staff was so helpful and courteous. Very welcoming and had us in our room within no time. The meal was superb. The abeef Cheeks was so tender and scrumptious. Our bed was so comfortable and very warm. Our only gripes and downfall if any was the room for diabled persons is quite a fair way from the lifts and it was so cold in the corridors and bedroom. It took a long time for the heat pump to warm the room. We left it on high all night and it wasn't as warm as we wouldve liked it. Thank you for our stay 🌻"

"It was excellent in many ways and a real gem. However, the shared bathrooms were very far from the cabins if you're someone who needs to go in the middle of the night."

"Stayed in Queenstown for a few days. What a great view from the deck staring out over lake Wakatipu and the mountains. Very cottage type feel and the pool table was a bonus. Even had a stovetop espresso machine which makes everything good in the mornings. Very nice feel to the neighborhood."
