Lovely non-franchise feel with great personality. Right on Union Square with cable tram running past front door. 10-min walk to Moscone conference centre. 5min walk to BART and MUNI transport."

"Hotel room was great! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Only critique would be the coffee shop in lobby. The system is not great. Both of our coffees and breakfast were taken by someone else. Had to get back in line to address the issue"
