"Carpet in the room was old and needs replacement. Room was noisy from the takeoff of airplanes at nearby SFO. Coffee maker and coffee was low quality. Food sold in the lobby was exorbitant. This thing about the hotel was a frequent shuttle to SFO."

"It was very cozy and the room set up comfortable."

"Very clean room and very nice staff!"

"They charge $25 per night for parking and surprise you with it 😭😭😭 also an elevator and gym not in service It was clean though"

"Great stay!"

"Just a nice comfy hotel. No frills."

"The hotel is very old and located in an area that is horrible for a woman traveling by herself. Would never recommend it."

"The front desk staff was rude. The bathrooms didn't have enough hangers/rod to keep clothes. Even though the facility was clean overall, it's in dire need for some serious renovation. JUST FIRE THE FRONT DESK STAFF !!! THEY ARE WORTHLESS !!! REPLACE THEM WITH AI AGENTS!!"

"Room was bigger than expected. Atrium can be loud in morning for breakfast and even with loud children, did not hear them from the bedroom side of my room. Breakfast buffet was decent, get omelette or other fresh egg styles from the made to order station. Good amenities, well maintained. Front desk said a full renovation of all rooms was done 3-4 years ago and it shows. Beds were very comfortable."
