Escaping the AZ heat!

"Loved, loved this property! You can’t beat the view, you’re right there in your own little closed off world. While escaping the AZ heat, the first night I literally had to close the window, because the surf was so loud! Imagine that. Funny, since being from HMB you’d think I would have been used to the sound of the waves, and after the first couple of nights it reminded me of how familiar it really was. In June there is somewhat of a marine layer, (June Gloom) but for me it was like a welcome home. The beach was also closed because the seals were pupping. There was a lot of sinage letting you know. Hiking trails are right down the street with more unique and amazing views. The pictures on the listing from the Aloha Cottage, are exactly what you walk into. Very welcoming, and cozy, Im looking forward to coming back next year! The property owners themselves being a short distance away were very helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. . Grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops are all within a short distance. I recommend Miramar beach in the mornings to take a walk with your dog! There is literally no one on the beach in the mornings. "

"Amy was perfect. Commicated immidiatley. The kitchen is fully stocked. Has seasonings and oil which is not typical but appriciated. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Backyard has a nice seating area. Perfect to relax in. Great location. Close to beaches. Don't second guess this place. It's perfect."

Gorgeous hillside home with ocean views!

Great spot with ocean views

"The place was clean, had a beautiful view of the ocean, and the beds were all pretty comfortable. Was a quick walk to the ocean and has many shops and the grocery store was within 10 minutes. We were cooking for 6 people and wish there were more larger cooking pots. Otherwise there were plenty of plates, and silverware. The stairs are steep, glad we were all physically capable of going up and down them. The owners who live below the apartment have two dogs and they were super sweet and well behaved, and didn’t bark. We had our own balcony to sit on and did not choose to sit on the lower deck bc it felt weird knowing the owners could see us. Beyond that we loved the apartment. "

"This was the best family vacation we've ever had! The house was like something out of a dream. It was even prettier than the pictures, and so clean and well-kept. Every little detail was just perfect. The view from every single window and patio was heaven! My family loved cooking breakfast and sitting outside to watch the ocean. The binoculars were a hit with my grandmother, and we spotted a sea lion on our first day! Amy was awesome and we appreciated her easy-to-follow instructions and guidance for the local area."

"Had an incredibly pleasant stay at this place. It feels very private but has a beautiful view of the ocean. The amenities including the hot tub, sauna, bike, and fire pit were thoroughly enjoyable and added very positively to the experience. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The host provided welcome instructions in a timely manner and included nearby recommendations for local restaurants and sights. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The house is in the perfect location , quiet and safe neighborhood. House was perfect for my family and toddler. Great ocean views, we even saw whales! Owner was great with communication, and has done a wonderful job creating a beautiful home. Coffee on the deck each morning and dinner at the nearby distillery were perfect. House was stocked with everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back :) "
