"Luis was simply outstanding and took care of all our needs. He was very gracious and accommodating during our check-in. The room (grand view) had amazing views (26th floor). We had a blast. "

"The front desk woman was very friendly and very helpful scheduling a taxi to the airport in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative which was not terrible but had a faint odor of smoke from the past. It was a non smoking room so it was probably from long before and did not ruin my stay at all. "

"My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes."
