"Had an awesome stay at Public. It’s in such a great location and the hotel has lots of amenities. Its a little noisy at night but thats pretty much anywhere in New York. Definitely will stay here again on future trips "

"The people who work here are welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable and fun. And kind. The hotel is clean. It’s pet-friendly, which is great for me and my cat, Josie. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The fitness center is clean and well-equipped. The hotel is next to Herald Square, so there’s good stuff to see and eat close by, and there’s a subway to get to other good stuff to see and eat in other parts of the city, if you don’t feel like walking. I always keep my eyes and ears open when I’m in New York, but this feels like a safe neighborhood. There is a little noise from the street, but my room was pretty quiet, and I slept without interruption. "

"We had a wonderful visit at Lotte. The location is perfect. We loved our room (King overlooking St. Patrick's - gorgeous view). It's a beautiful building! We enjoyed having a nightcap in the bar, and the coffee shop was very convenient. We will definitely be back!"
