"Second time staying here. Great hotel with friendly staff and clean environment. Would definitely recommend for family’s with children. Great location within walking distance to Times Square, Central Park and the metro. "
"The staff was tremendously friendly and helpful! The rooms were gorgeous and so comfortable. And the views!!!! Highly recommend it to business and family travelers alike."
"It’s a very nice place to stay. Very quiet. We’ve stayed here 2 weeks at a time twice. Some things that could be better…..all the planters on the patio were dead. They have free coffee every morning but it’s terrible and they let it run out. If you are an extended stay lodger, you will need to ask for a deeper clean of your room. Breakfast for 4 was $160 in their restaurant. It was just ok. Overall, quiet and cleanliness are at the top of our list so would stay again. "
"Excellent staff and facilities. If you don’t mind walking a few blocks to the nearest subway station and if you also don’t mind the freight trains at night, this is a nice hotel to stay in New York City. Very accessible to the Long Island City Riverside parks. Good value overall. "
