This hotel is close to several train stations so it’s very easy to get anywhere. The room was quite small but worth the price we paid. I would stay here again based on location and value.

Great place for families, great wifi.

Wonderful property really close to the Subway, right by a Citibike dock and walkable to a lot of great things in LIC. The staff were lovely and attentive. The wifi was also great for working remotely. Can't wait to come back!

We have stayed here several times before and we are always satisfied with the hotel and the location. We like most is the less crowds in the hotel and the room sizes of each room. The bath and shower are unique to travelers that are getting ready to explore the city. Subway is just down the street.

No brainer/best in Queens/NYC

This has to be the best deal in all of NYC. This probably wouldn't be the place for first timers to the city but you will not find another place with as much room as the Paper Factory. We absolutely loved it!

A lovely Boutique Hotel and enjoyed my stay. Good amenities within the hotel. Staff were friendly, welcoming and very help. 2-minute walk to the subway and could be in Manhattan/Times Square within 10 minutes. Disappointed that the coffee shop had closed during COVID and not opened again as there were no decent places near by for coffee and a quick snack.

Nice hotel with easy access to subway

Very nice hotel with nice spacious room and comfortable bed. Across the street from 35 St. Subway station (M,R) and about a 8 minute walk from the Dutch Kill (N,W) station. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were not available. Not a lot of dining options nearby but hotel does supply a list of places nearby.
