"This was the perfect choice for a very short visit to NYC. The hotel is under a bit of construction, but it was still very clean. The staff was exceptional. Every person we dealt with was kind, helpful, and professional. The location is great for walking anywhere near Times Square and the Theater District. The shuttle service to the airport, which was recommended by the bell staff, was outstanding. It was such a huge convenience. Our room was comfortable and very very clean. I would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel needs a total overhaul! One cannot open the blinds so room is always dark. Rusty mirror in bathroom, cabinet doors do not close. No phone in the room so had to go to front desk to talk to the staff. Horrible experience. 2-3 stars at best and should be charged accordingly. They have a nice looking lobby but the rooms are really bad."

"Most hotels you visit have things like hot water, continental breakfast access to drinkable water. This place is not accommodating to guests in these regards. Halls quite noisy rooms shake when someone down the hall slams a door. Very overpriced for what is actually offered. Owners should take some lessons in hotel customer etiquette."

"The sink supposed to be in the wash room is actually outside soon you enter the room the cleaners never came to clean the room even though asked numerous times the room is very small for the rate of almost $400. Not a bad place to stay if there’s nowhere else all in all the hotel jus need some attention for it to be better."
