"After we checked in and stayed our first night we smelled cigarette smoke and awful vape smoke along with our ac unit sounding like a freight train, I went and asked if we could get a different room and the staff was very accommodating! I simply We found d out they had put us in a top floor suite !!! Loved that they took care of us due to someone else smoking on property!! Great location to everything and loved the hotel. Highly recommend and we would stay here again!!!!"

"Location was great and the room was very large. Very small bathroom, no hand soap - and hair on the bed and in the shower. Front desk staff wasn’t very accommodating when I requested a late checkout - used my platinum status with Expedia to get a noon check out."

"There's a lot to condense, so I'll keep it very brief! Property is nice in the lobby and staff in the front doors is as well. Wallpaper is peeling, and front desk staff does not do much to solve issues. Had to chase them down to tell them five times I needed a safe, and never received it. Same with an ironing board, though I got that after my third request. On the final night of our stay, my husband and I complained about the broken AC so much they upgraded us to a bigger room, which was...

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."
